We proudly use and recommend SUPERAntiSpyware! We can help setup and troubleshoot your local network and internet connections.

Our COPS offer computer repair services to small business and home computer users that do not have or need full time technical support.  Our goal is to provide top quality products and professional services while being a friendly approachable alternative to the often intimidating "geeky" hi-tech repair shops.

In home/on site or and drop off service is available, whichever is most convenient for you.

Remote access to computers can be convenient to allow a tech support agent to remotely repair computer software issues including stubborn malware infections, software conflicts, and configurations.  Remote access can also be useful for you to access your own home or office computer while you are on the road.  Two programs we recommend for that are Teamviewer and Logmein.  Each has its strong points.

The services we provide can save you time and grief by avoiding unneccessary service calls from your internet service provider or computer manufacturer or long phone calls to their tech support that leave you confused and on hold for hours.  When the warranty has ended these companies typically shrug you off or request you send in your computer for painfully long, expensive repairs.  You are welcome to bring your computer to us, but save yourself the inconvenience - call the COPS and we will come to you.

Service calls by appointment only.  For convenience on location, pickup and drop off service available.  Hourly or flat fee rates available based on specific situation.  Estimates of parts or addtional software required will be provided before work is done.

Please be aware that software issues like Virus & Spyware removal can take a long time to repair sometimes several hours or even a couple days depending on severity and if file backups are needed and so on.  So if in house service is desired please be sure to prepare for a potentially long friendly visit from the COPS or arrange to drop off the computer if more convenient.
