Although we proudly recommend these programs, please download and install them at your own risk. As is the nature of a computer there is always potential for data loss, so keeping a current backup of your important data is an essential part of keeping your data safe. TeamViewer Remote Quick Support Use TeamViewer to remotely control any computer as if you were sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls. All your partner has to do is start a small application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights. The following is the link for the Quick Support software. Download the software to your desktop and then run it to start the quick support connection. The program generates a user ID and PASSWORD that the tech support agent needs to enter in the software on their computer to connect to yours. As with any user ID's and passwords keep this information confidential. For more information about the TeamViewer.software and the company visit TeamViewer homepage. Besides allowing tech support access to your computer, you can setup the full version of this software to remotely connect to your own computer from any internet connection. Like accessing your home computer through your notebook while on the road. There are other programs similar to this (logmein for example, which we use from time to time).
